Emily Neal
President - RHPC

Emily has loved dogs since they were a child, attending their first conformation show when they were 4 years old. They got involved with dogs as an adult, trying first agility and then finding flyball with their first dog Blanche. Tannis the beagle is their first conformation dog, competing in the UKC altered class. In addition to the beagle, have a greyhound who retired from FastCAT with his FCAT8, as well as two American Hairless Terriers who compete in UKC and AKC conformation and flyball!

Phillip Lanier
Secretary - RHPC

Phillip got involved in the dog world when he adopted his first pure bred Basset Hound Annie.  Starting out in Conformation they achieved early success in the ring and eventually captured her AKC champion title,  Annie was supposed to be the beginning of a new breeding pair when Phillip discovered that Annie was affected and At Risk to a genetic disorder that causes epilepsy.  Because of that Annie was spayed and her partner Sammie entered the ring and has had great success, capturing multiple titles and awards including the 2023 AKC Owner Handler Champion while Annie got into performance and companion events.

With the advent of the UKC altered show program Annie was able to return to the ring and has been lighting the show world on fire capturing her Grand Championship in less than a year and is well on the way to her Emerald Grand Champion status.  Sammie too loves UKC and was the #1 Basset Hound and #2 Scenthound in the nation.
